Ca’ Del Faggio Col Fondo expresses our history, culture and tradition. History in the 50-year-old vines that produce everbetter Glera grapes. Culture handed down from father to son through experience, study, commitment and curiosity, which does not stop at viticulture and oenology but extends to life itself.
The traditional ”cup of wine” in company, has become a “Glass of Prosecco” but just as convivial nonetheless.
Ca’ Del Faggio Col Fondo is all this and much more. It is bottled in March – April with a crescent moon and then left to undergo second fermentation on its yeasts in bottle.
Ideal as an aperitif and with starters. Serve simply with cold cuts “sopressa”, cheese and traditional hors d’eouvres.
Gently shaking the bottle reveals the yeasts that quietly enhance the wine..
